Although it is shown as Anchor but it is assembled by someone by using genuine Anchor plug and box. The cable is good quality with a cloth sleeve. Overall useful but not direct manufactured by Anchor as one would have thought seeing the pictures and description.

The first one I ordered didn't work. The second one did. Replacement was simple. It's extremely useful for anyone who has power back up and only gets a few plugs for appliances. Or has a short appliance plug. I use it for my washing machine currently. Wish it had an LED light that indicated it was on. Other than that, very pleased. Would, and likely will, order again.

I bought it on 15 August, 2023 and it stopped working on 16 November, 2023.ONLY 3 Months.Wasted my money.WORST PRODUCT...

Came without the original Anchor Cartoon. Good Quality but .....!This is assembled by the seller using an Anchor Plug and socket.Stated load was 16amp i.e. 16a x 230v = 3680 Watt, but was very surprised to see a warning label on the sw/socket box stating that the maximum load it could handle was a mere 1500 Watts. Now that is1500 W÷230 V = 6.5 amps !!!!There is a 16 amp Plug at the end of the fabric covered wire. the Switch inside the box is rated at 20 amps and the socket is rated at 6 amp / 16 amp. So I do not understand why the warning label for a restriction for a maximum of 1500 Watt. Is it the current handling capability of the wire ??? 4* until clarified by the SellerUpdate 18 Oct 22The wire used by the seller is under rated and is a 5 amp wire. Hence capable of only 5amps. Hence the 1500W restriction. Highly overpriced and misleading. Down grading to 3***.
