I am pretty sure I can tell at least a small difference in my daughter’s ability to focus and how that has affected her school work. I like the ingredients though I feel like maybe magnesium threonate might be a better choice for brain function than the Aquamin magnesium. The dose is three capsules and they are supposed to be spread out over the day but my daughter is not allowed to bring pills to school, so since she couldn’t take one with lunch I gave her two with breakfast, and the third with dinner if I remembered and had a chance to. One thing we did notice is that she started suffering from sleep issues, she has trouble falling asleep as well as problems with waking during the night and not being able to fall back to sleep. For this reason we decided to not continue using this once the one month supply had ended. So, just four stars then for ‘like’ because of the good ingredients and that it works, one star off for seemingly causing sleep issues.

It is a bit questionable that these Zahler TeenFocus capsules did much good. Granted less than three capsules a day were taken, but, the person who used them otherwise said he didn't see much or even any difference. B12 on its own has seen better results.

This is a good supplement. I believe I can see a difference in my son with just a few days use. Looking forward to seeing continued improvement.

I ordered this Zahler teen focus for my son toward the end of the school year. He was having a hard time staying on track with his studies at home due to the corona virus. He had a hard time focusing with distractions from siblings and pets. I gave him this to take and it did help him pull his grades out of the failing category into passing all of his classes by the end of the school year. This did not give him any side effects. He personally did not like taking the pills because he has trouble swallowing pills in general, but once he got used to it, he was fine. I am planning on having him use these again in the fall when school starts back up since he will probably have to do online school at least a few days of the week until this corona virus settles down. Overall, I am happy with the results.

This Zahler Teen Focus supplement is an interesting blend of vitamins known to help a person focus, such as magnesium and green tea extract. It also has L-Theanine, a vitamin I’ve given to my soon-to-be thirteen year old, which takes the edge off my daughter’s nerves and helps her relax. She has managed her ADHD naturally for a while now, and she says this supplement is working for her, although, she does roll her eyes at having to take so many pills at once for a singular dose. It’s an awkward time with her homeschooling during this pandemic, and keeping her attentive to her school work online is a challenge by itself. I’m grateful to have her be able to try this product.
