Exactly as shown in picture. Nice good quality and have been through wash and still good. Easy to put into sports bras and easy to remove as long as folded a little. However I'm a D cup and put in with sports bras they don't cover the whole breast area they cover bottom and just over nipple, so support covering the sides so looks a bit funny when wearing a top- 1 star taken off for that reason.

Update after use. Good quality but to firm sso it's visible under clothing. I would recommend for bra cups A is you want that push up bit fake look. I personally do t like it and won't be using it and need to buy new one :/

Had a mastectomy, and didnt like the idea of a fake boob... these pads are perfect. Inserted 3 in to the pocket of the bra, and gives a more natural shape.

These pads were ideal for inserting into swimwear and bikini tops and having the extra padding in the lower part made them very comfortable. Ive not used them in a pool yet so cant say if they stay inplace but im hoping they will

I replaced some thinner pads with these in bras and bikini tops, cut to size is easy and after after several times of washing (machine, 30°C), they kept their shape & volume. Very comfortable cup for small to medium sizes.

These are dreadful. They don't stay in your bra, they move around, and are very scratchy and hot to wear. They also took 5 months to be delivered!
