amazing art work
Outstanding, dark, gritty, amazing art work. This graphic novel is the only joker based story that can be easily put in the same category as the incredible joker origin story " the killing joke" . More than a comic, its a true work of art that should be read by any fan of batman and especially those who like the joker. Very violent and true to real life unlike some batman comics. This is a story about an ultra violent psychopath reclaiming is criminal empire using any means necessary. Truly excellent .

Buy if you like the dark knight
I really loved this graphic novel, it's very similar to the dark knight being very realistic. The jokers appearance looks very similar to heath ledgers joker, there is very little batman, what makes him seem less threatening since joker can rob banks and shoot people and over all cause chaos with batman never showing up. The art is 10/10 it's worth buying just for the art alone. the joker is not very crazy in this comic, he is very calm compared to a story like death in the family.

Joker: The 10th Anniversary Edition
Released from Arkham Asylum, the Joker hires Jonny Frost as a driver so he can circulate through the seedy underbelly of Gotham City and reclaim what he is owed by Killer Croc, the Penguin and Harvey Dent. Azzarello's character study of the Joker is compelling and, as narrated by Frost, we see the city subverted and laid bare to the criminal class. Batman's absence looks large over the city and the weight of anticipation makes his inevitable arrival feel like a catharsis.

An interesting new take on Joker.
Probably not my favourite portrayal of the Joker but still a great story and nice art work, definitely worth reading.

Video in-deprh review
As you can see from my video I go in-depth and compare have this novel stacks up with others in terms of size print quality and overall aesthetic‘s. The pages on joker are much more Matt than Luthor and batman white knight for examples. I never review stories because that comes back to personal bias. Overall I would say this paperback version is the best if you are not sure if you would like the story or not. The only compromise is size & extras with this version

One of the best
This is great Joker story. A visual delight with a narrative that is funny, insightful, engaging and frightening. Terrific Joker and Batman. (If you're looking for lot's of Batman, it's not for you. If you're looking for the essence of Batman, it's exactly for you because of its exploration of Joker.)

Best graphic novel ever
Best graphic novel ever! My brother bought it for me as a present and I've read it loads of times. The story is great and the artwork is incredible. It makes a great present for people who like the Joker/villain.
