AUSSIE SHARKBAR® BANANA CREME CAROB BAR

Disclaimer: If you are going into this with an expectation that it will taste just like chocolate you will be highly disappointed. If you go into this missing chocolate and try this then I feel like you will highly satisfied.I love chocolate, but I have had some weird happenings and can no longer consume it. Carob is the replacement. Although not all carob is created equal and can often taste a bit funky. This brand is absolutely amazing!!!! It is creamy, has the perfect sweetness and the flavor is just outstanding. I have purchased this bar and the one with almonds as well as the carob chips and they have all been nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this brand in particular.

It is VERY hard these days to find a vegan carob bar that is tasty and the texture of a traditional non-vegan chocolate bar. I don't eat chocolate and am a vegan and this was great to find. It is expensive though and comes from Australia so isn't always available. However, when it is and I don't have to buy a whole case, it is a great treat! I wish it was more accessible but am happy to find this company and product. I have purchased several from this company and some other products too.

This carob bar is so delicious. It is smooth and creamy with a very subtle banana flavor. If you are missing Hershey bars because of an allergy, I would give this a shot. The only downside is that they are so expensive. It is definitely worth the occasional splurge, though.

subtle banana taste

I just received my banana creme Shark bar in the mail today. Although the wrapper is certainly cute, the taste is what is most important. Made with organic carob, this bar has a pleasant mild banana flavour, and melts slowly in your mouth, making you want to go back and get another piece of it. I have bought other products from this company, including other varieties of Shark bars as well as carob powder. I like adding their roasted carob powder to my granola cereal in the morning for a breakfast that tastes a little like dessert!

We prefer carob over chocolate and these are by far the best carob bars out there. I love the mint but the rest of my family likes the banana ones. The flavor is a rich, true banana flavor as opposed to that artificial banana taste. All the bars are a smooth texture. They even work well when making S’mores!

Carob is a favorite of mine. I saw these and had to try them. They are carob/banana flavor and so delicious! I like the combination. At first, I wasn't sure if it would be a complementary flavor or not, but it's really not bad at all! I will buy them again.
