Is her hair able to lay flat? As in could you take out her hair ties?

yes u can take the ties out and u can use alittle bit of water and conditioner to get the hair to lay flat

do you have clothes for adora dolls ( boys and girls)?

You can buy adora clothes. If you like one doll and there is clothes on another one what you want you can order it. I think almost all of the clothes (boys and girls - girls are much easier to find) are available without the doll. The other solution the newborn size clothes. Gymboree newborn is perfectly fit I bought a cute outfit on sale (little pants and a zip-up hoodie for 8.99). However doll clothes are made for little hands (more close on the back) and are easier for kids. I think the real baby shoes are too big. There is a little few size 0 which could fit but hard to find. The size 1 is big!

is the hair able to stand up to child play?

It was a gift, so I do not know! :-(

Can she wear real baby clothes. Would like to give her to granddaughter and would like to hand her baby clothes back to her for this doll.
