This mat isn't suitable for your daily exercise for the following reasons:1. The mat is too thin. You'll hurt your elbow, knee and body parts. This is very important point!2. The mat is too small. You'll roll outside of the mat often while doing your exercise. You will be busy adjusting the mat instead of focusing on your healthy daily exercises. I am just an average body size person and the issue - mat is too small.I would not recommend this mat to friends, families, colleagues and especially for plus size body type. Manufacturer should take notes and improve it's efficiency and quality to serve it's purpose as a yoga mat.

The Yoga-kit came with its own bag and was a little thinner than I had expected. It included knee pads and gloves for easy exercise. Was easy to roll and store back into the bag. Only grouse is that it is not as anti-slip as advertised

Width wise it's very small not worth to buy.

I needed to use it on top of my other yoga mat as this doesn't provide enough cushion on a hard floor. The only value was it providing extra traction so that one doesn't slip. Over time I have stopped using it, but it is not a bad product if you don't need much cusioning.

Not comfortable for yoga flow and slips if you try to do yoga, and while doing plank exercise it's hurts ur elbow badly.

Product is so this that when i lie down on my back it really hurts and i need to put a towel underneath my back when i use the yoga Matt.

Product is too thin... Even thinner than towel... Not suitable for outdoor use and alse mat skids having poor grip.

Value for money.. Very nice product antiskid, odor free, washable ..I am satisfied with this
