Just right to connect new GPU to older monitors. (Would rather have newer monitors but trying to be patient.)

Inexpensive, feels like it won't break, sprang to life immediately Saved my butt since I and all my equipment are ancient and my new RTX 5060 Ti said "get with the times bro".

I updated my graphics card recently (GeForce RTX 2070 Super if you're curious) and found out quickly that I could only connect my HDMI monitor, and not my older DVI-D monitor. The new card doesn't come with DVI inputs, just a single HDMI, 3 DisplayPort and a USB-C. Enter this little guy. Initially, I had a serious issue with the screen flickering off and on (mostly off) until I changed the refresh rate to match the HDMI monitor, and voila! Works like a champ. Still get the very occasional, brief flicker (which is why I docked a star), but this saved me the expense of purchasing a new monitor (which I had just convinced my wife I needed). Maybe this wasn't such a good idea, after all... Seriously, great value for the money. Just make sure if you are running multiple monitors to set the refresh rate to be the same for both.

Excellent DisplayPort (DP) to DVI adapter. Works great for connecting my older DVI computer monitor to my recently upgraded Radeon 9060XT (only has 2 x DP and 1 x HDMI). It has a locking connector at the DP end, which keeps it connected when I slide the computer back to the wall. The cable is a little thick, which makes it slightly difficult to bend, but it still bends enough to allow the computer to slide quite far back towards the wall.

Works well, dependable.
