I was waking up every 1-2 hours during night to use bathroom . It was not an issue in the day time for some reason. Took a class and this product was mentioned so I bought it after looking at reviews. I did 2 capsules in morning for the first 3 days, then dropped to one a day. After a week or two, I was sleeping 2-3/4 hours before getting up. Then hit 3 hours without getting up, and last night it was 4.5 hours. Best it's been in years. I had stopped drinking by 7:00-7:30 pm. but last night I took a drink around 10 and still slept 4.5 hours. This DOES work. Not sure why people had issues. I take it in the MORNING, not before bed. No side effects except that I'm actually sleeping! Just bought another BIGGER bottle and sent the link to mom and some friends. Dad may find benefit in this too.

I have a real problem with getting up 2-3 times a night to use toilet and having accidents before getting there, I got so little sleep I am tired the next day. . I started taking these capsules three weeks ago and I saw results the first night. I can sleep all night without getting up more than once. And I get to the toilet with no accidents. Before I tried pumpkin seed capsules but they only worked for a week at a time. TMy doctor told me to try cranberry tablets but they inky worked for a week. I still must be careful and limit my liquids after dinner, especially Pepsi’s. Just a few skips of water.. These capsules are working so well I just ordered a second bottle.

Amazing Herbal Product! In 3 days the problem was gone! I do have to take two capsules, one am and one pm, but it's worth the effort! I'm just sorry it took me so long to discover this miracle!

I tried this product because I needed to pee almost every hour and didn't dare risk a sneeze in public. Using this product - first daily for a week, the 3 times a week - has been like getting a transplant of a much younger bladder. I wouldn't be without this product. A friend recommended these, and I started using them in Mid-November, after the 2nd week I saw a slight improvement, but know it is the end of December and it really doesn't seem to be working. When I have a urge to find a restroom, well I better find one or else. I took 2 in morning and 2 in the evening from the beginning Then 1 morning and 1 evening. I really wanted these to work, regardless of the pricey amount. I even started drinking less water, which I did not want to do. 6 to 8 -16.9 ounces plus a day,. The body needs that water. I did find another supplement less pricey, will see how they work.

I'm halfway through the second bottle and if anything my control is worse.It is made from angelica leaf and everything I've read says it needs to be made from the archangelica root.I did research.
