Timing light Is very dim and flashlight mode does not work.

absolute junk.

It says self powered, yet does not come with batteries. It looks like it takes D cell batteries, but says UM 1 on the case. I ordered UM 1 batteries, and they are D cell batteries. Guess what? They don't fit! This thing is USELESS.
