Direct instant replacement for our original head which broke at the neck. Seems much quieter than out original part too and our Dyson is back to full strength in terms of cleaning power. A bit steep at £80 but does seem to be a genuine / original part and works perfectly.

It was quick and easy to look up, order and get delivered. This unit was required for our Dyson hover. A new hover would have cost £300-400 but we saved a lot of money getting this part thta fitted and works excellently.

The ball joint in the head is brittle and cracks easily; don't put any weight or pressure on it. Have had to replace this every 12 months so far. The reviewed item seems to fit and work perfectly.

Replacement brush for hoover bought same model but was a little expensive.

Hair wraps around the brush. First time I've ever experienced that. I'm aware that the suction is not the same either. I'll buy straight from Dyson next time.

I should have replaced this piece of my vacuum well before I actually did. I was hesitant because I was worried it just wasn't going to work right. I could not have been more wrong. Not only did it replace the worn-out piece perfectly, but my vacuum runs like new. Highly recommend! Don't hesitate to replace worn pieces of the Dyson with Dyson parts.
