Great Grip to Your Hands and Surfaces - Mil Spec for Vibration/Drops - Great Value after 1.5 years
The key difference between this case and others are the raised grip. Before I got this case, Drops or Slides off a table were an all too often occurrence even with the cheap case that i ordered with the phone. (A panic decision as the Otterbox Commuter that I wanted had not yet been supplied to Sprint.) I was looking to purchase the Commuter when I saw the Speck Case. What I noticed was the Raised Grip and the comments about how secure it made it feel in ones hand, and in a Tripod adaptor Mount for shooting video. I noted my iPHONE 5 commuter case with its flat sides are much better for gripping than a rounded edge smooth candy case, but it is also smooth plastic on the Back and I have dropped the commuter case pulling out of my pocket in the past. (I still consider the Commuter case to provide outstanding drop protection and never had a screen crack of problem after a drop with the Commuter.) The rubber grip is a huge difference and the key advantage for the Speck, immediately feeling safe in my hand no matter how much pressure I'm applying. The spring loaded Iphone Tripod adaptor, I'm using, gripped the camera more securely than the Candy Shell case I had on the phone. People I have shared the phone with have all noted that it feels good in ones hands. This case doesn't add much bulk. The rounded Edge works with the silicone grip well. I can continue to put it in my front jeans pocket, my business shirt pocket, and my jacket phone pockets with relative ease. I also do not have much trouble pulling the phone out of my pockets, although there is more resistance. (This is not necessarily a bad thing! Ever put a phone in your front pocket and bend over? Just watch the IT Crowd, a BCC Television Show, for the worse case scenario.) In my opinion, the style with the white iPhone is smart looking with the Black Rubber Bezel enhancing the look of the phone. It is also not too bulky. As for as putting on a tacking it off. It is a little tricky to pop on and off if one is Timid, which probably most of us with the new larger iPhones are. My advice is to be gentle and think it through. Notice that the corners are flex points on the case. Use them! The Button are a bit stiff compared to some of the Light Weight Candy Shell on par with the Otterbox. Over time the get a bit easier to press. After a year and a Half - Still like new - Still Tacky - Felt no need to replace - 5 Star Great Value! An Excellent Case and about $10 less than the Otterbox.

Very good case, doesn't add lots more bulk to the iPhone 6 Plus
The iPhone 6 Plus is big - really big. I was worried at first that it was TOO big, but I've gotten used to it, and I really find its size to be useful. The aluminum case, while absolutely stunning, is, however, kind of slippery-feelling. The idea of dropping this thing filled me with dread. While at first I wanted to see if I could get away without a case, since I do photography and other things with my iPhone, I had to resign myself to getting a case. Enter the Speck CandyShell case. Now, I must admit, I've owned a Speck CandyShell case before and it was nice but has some issues. The plastic that went around the charging port, side and top buttons had very thin areas that broke leaving sharp edges. There was only hard plastic on the back, so it would slide around if you laid it face up in a moving vehicle. Other than those inadequacies, my old case lasted years and years. Well, I'm pleased to say, those little bits are gone, and the raised silicone ribs on the back of this new case give it grip. I love it when a company makes improvements like this. As with any case, it adds a bit more dimension to the phone. Even those cheap, thin transparent plastic cases do that. Obviously, this is a bit thicker than those, however, it's not *that* much thicker. It still fits comfortably in my hand (I have big hands) and the grippy-ness of the silicone rubber give me confidence. I have no trouble getting it in and out of my pants pocket (I have big pockets). And the whole "bendy-gate" thing? A total non-issue with this case adding additional structural integrity. The design ensures my phone will be well protected in a drop. The interior is soft silicone that cradles your phone in a protective, shock-resistant jacket. The corners are also silicone, so the case itself won't break if it lands on a corner. The raised rubber lip on the front protects it somewhat from drops, and also keeps the phone's front off the surface of anything if placed face-down. while preventing it from sliding. This case is not one of those water-resistant cases, as all ports are exposed; there are no cute little silicone doors to protect the openings from dust, dirt or spills. That being said, the Lightning port, headphone jack, speaker and mute switch are all easily accessible. The volume switch and the sleep button *are,* however, covered by slightly raised silicone bumps. These work with no problems, and if my old case is a testament, will work for years to come. Other than the raised front ridge, there is no protection for the face, as you would imagine. For the most part, the ridge will probably protect the front in a drop, unless you drop it on something that has random, sharp protrusions, like rock-covered ground. So don't do that. I use my phone a lot, for stuff that requires video and photography and various other duties in a wide variety of environments. So far, after over a month of use, this case has been a perfect fit for me and the iPhone 6 Plus.

Should have got this case from day 1
Great case. Made the switch from a Griffon Survivor case to this one and could not of been any happier!!! To add a bit more perspective on my below comments, I own a Griffon Survivor case for the listed items: iPhone 4 (This case was used since 2012 up to the release of the 6+ as a preoder - this case is still in use as an IP Camera), iPad 2 (bed time reader - case in use since purchase Oct 2012) and formerly an iPhone 6+ (used since release of iphone until April 2015. I had once loved Griffin Survivor cases until their design had changed. Transitioning back to the Speck case, this thing offers excellent protection and fits like a glove. Pros: -Grippy enough to not slide off your jeans if you place your phone on your leg whilst sitting -Smooth enough to slide into the back pocket of your jeans -The above two items are VERY DIFFICULT to achieve in tandem -THIN: this thing is every bit as thin as the phone itself but not lacking in protection -Flexibility: This thing is LESS flexible (which in the iPhone 6+ situation is required #BendGate. The phone benefits from additional structural rigidity) than the Griffin Survivor iPhone 6+ case -FIT: VERY tight! This thing sticks to the case like a snug fitting glove -SCREEN PROTECTION: The case has a ~1/8" lip that rises above the screen. This lip prevents the screen from contacting a surface when it is placed display down. By no means does this interfere with use of the screen (like the Griffin Survivor for iPhone 6+ had). Refer to associated image for visual reference. Cons: -I fear I will break the small rubber connecting piece above the charger port, for it has zero plastic reinforcement and is overly flexible -Case fits so well that its actually a bit difficult to get on. My wife owns one and had to explain to me how she got hers on (iPhone 5S) -When placing the phone down, there is a high-point in the middle of the case, which causes the phone to rock and not sit flush on the surface. This isn't necessarily a con, but just an observation

More protection than otterbox defender but less expensive, thinner, lighter, smaller profile, and slimmer than otterbox.
This is the best case I have ever used for *any* Apple iPhone. Here are a few things I noticed about the Speck CandyShell Grip case: Pros 1) The case is very strong and does not bend. 2) Case is very thin and slim profile. 3) Case does not stick to pockets but does not slide in car on flat surfaces. 4) Case is one of two only known cases to work inside Henge Docks Gravitas dock for iPhones. 5) Case survived 50ft drop but the larger/heavier/thicker/fatter/bulkier otterbox defender did not (watch youtube for the experiment). 6) Purchased new from amazon for $10 through their "warehouse deal." Case was brand new. 7) Case can be removed easily if necessary. Cons None. My iPhone 6S Plus is out of warranty, and I just received a brand new one from apple, after using their pathetic leather case. My iphone should last another 10 years in this case, with the occasional battery installation from Apple. I have found no better case than this one.

"Used, like new." Almost perfect. Too soon to tell.
My review will be for those of you interested in the used product purchasing experience. Just finished unboxing and decked out my 6s plus in the black and slate grey case. My photos do not do the black/slate case justice. It's so sleek in real life! I purchased a used product that was a fraction of the cost of a new one and was advertised as "Used, like new." Purchasing used products with prime can usually be a bargain for me, but also a gamble. I was excited to open the packeging and as expected, it had dust and scratches on it but I was hoping the case itself was in good condition. It turned out to have more visible scratches than I expected. Which was a bummer, but the longer I held the case in my hand the more fond I grew of it. I think I love the way it makes my brick sized phone FEEL in my hand, more so than the grip itself... It's the perfect fit and makes you feel like wanting to hold a phablet without resenting it's weight or width. It's a "you gotta see for yourself" feeling. If you're like me and want a bang for your buck, and want to protect your device, and don't want to deal with the hand cramps, but know new phones are in the horizon then purchase the used cases too! Chances are the hard shell of the case itself will scratch easily in your first week even if it's new. Scratches can be a huge dealbreaker for some, but it's invetible, and if you take care of your device it won't bother you. Also, you can only really notice the scratches under certain lighting and angles. Pros: great fit and ergonomic feel, no hand cramps, can hold phablet sized phone with one hand, texting is comfortable one handed, black color looks sleek and the phone looks and feels great, seems like a protective case too, will have to wait and see, but chances are if you have a great grip of your phone, the less you'll be prone to drop it. The cut outs and buttons are perfect. Buttons are so fun to press and super responsive despite the rubber surrounding the phone. Cons: Hard shell scratches sooner or later (I don't mind it that much) Rubber will probably wear down with time, but I think this case is probably very durable. I cross my fingers my case holds up well for more than couple of months and that I'm not like one of those unfortunate buyers who claim their screen broke because of the case.

Best Case for iPhone 6s+ for the Price
The Speck CandyShell Grip Case for the 6/6s Plus is a great case. I came from an Incase case for my 6s+, but it ended up breaking. The CandyShell - at this low price is a fantastic alternative. Thus far, it has been my favorite case for the 6s+. Pros: - Case's lip - Grip - Dual Layer of Protection Cons: - Thickness - Weight As for all cases, having a lip around the edges of the case is a great feature. It somewhat protects the phone when falling screen-first and helps prevents the screen from getting scratched/touching the surface when the screen is facing down. The grip is a component that not many other cases have. It helps to have the grip especially when holding a large phone in one hand. The only downside to having the grip is that it sometimes makes it harder for me to take my phone out of my pocket. The biggest pro to this case is the double-layer protection. That's what makes the CandyShell THE CandyShell. The hard outer part protects the phone from most physical damage, while the softer, rubbery inside helps cushion the phone upon falling. The biggest cons are weight and thickness that it adds to the phone. However, these things are very minute when compared to the pros. A case with this much protection could only be so light and thin until it isn't as effective.

Best Case I've Ever Owned
This is the second time I've purchased this case and it's still the best case I've ever owned. The first one I had lasted 3 years before any portion of the case started to fail and I was hard on that case. I dropped the case too many times to count and never had any damage to my phone. The case did a good job of keeping debri out, never impeded the use of any buttons, and just functioned well. The lip around the edge of the phone is the perfect height as to prevent most instances where damage could occur to the screen while not being so huge that it looks or feels weird. I've carried my phone with keys and other items in the same pocket and this case ensures the phone isn't damaged or scratched (assuming you don't put your keys on the side with the screen. All in all it's a great case. The only con to this case is that the grippy rubber parts on the back can and will pull things like loose paper money or other paper items you may have in your pocket out of your pocket when you remove your phone. I almost lost money while traveling multiple times doing this, but once you realize it's a possibility its pretty easy to avoid as you just don't put paper items in the same pocket as your phone.

Excellent design, protection and functionality. One of the best covers for the 6 Plus.
As with all of Speck's CandyShell covers, this is very high quality. It gives the 6 Plus a sturdiness that gives me peace-of-mind. I know it will survive a fall or unexpected impact. I bought this as a replacement for Apple's Silicone case. Unlike the Apple case, it properly protects the lower portion of the phone without impeding the sound quality of the speaker. It also makes it easier to find the earphone jack and thunderbolt charging jack without fumbling around. Additionally, the volume controls and power button are actually easier to use with the CandyShell cover installed. It's easy to grip, attractive, solidly built and looks, feels and functions exactly as you'd expect a CandyShell to feel. There are really no drawbacks, but I will say installation can be a bit tricky. Also it does add noticeable weight to the phone. I wish there were more colors to choose from, but aside from that and the weight, there are no drawbacks. This is probably the best cover you can buy for the 6 Plus.

Has every perc a case needs
Ive had speck in the past so I expected this case to be very nice in hand, and was i more excited. The case firs perfectly and is very sturdy so its hard to take off. The rubber on the top makes it grippy so it wont slide on a table and the ridges on the back are so handy so my phone doesnt get slippery due to the plastic material. The case isnt so big like an otterbox but its also not so thin which is a good thing. All the cutouts are precise and the buttons click very well. Would reccomend to those who want a case that will last a phones lifetime.

Ottimo prodotto
