Great other then hooks
Scale is accurate easy to read. The hooks on both ends should be closed on the scale side they keep falling off when you are trying to hang something

The "S-Hooks" are just silly. They'll get lost, they're a pain to deal with lifting an animal... Just replaced them with two carabiners and all is well. The carabiners snap on so they won't get lost, they stay snapped on when I'm using the scale so I don't have to keep messing with it to get the animal off the ground. The calibration screw seems to work just fine, accurate enough to do what I need - close enough on weight of game animals.

Nice Scale:
Nice scale, but I intend to connect with XTEK CLIMBING Carabiner Clip – CE Rated 25 kN 5600 LB – Heavy Duty, Rugged Terrain Approved Locking Carabiner Clips - Industrial Strength Twist Lock Carabiners from Amazon. The provided hooks could easily be bent further with a vice and a hammer, but the carabiner clips will work much better. Overall, a nice scale and a great price. Highly recommend.

Reduced my trips to and from the cooler
Instead of coming back to the cooler to weigh the animals and gutting it, I can now kill, weigh, gut and leave the remains for the coyotes without the mess of cleaning up the concrete! Bought this along with a hitch hanger. So, no more guessing about its "on the hoof" weight and no more dragging the guts back out to the field to dump. We are required to weigh the animals, live weight, so it used to require a trip to the scales before gutting.

Accurate within a couple lbs.
Weighed deer in competition and later on the moultrie scales and the weights matched up. Could use bigger hooks.

High marks for price vs value! It is accurate with weight
We bought a digital crane/ hanging scale, and it was wildly inaccurate. So we bought this one, which was not much money, and it is accurate compared to the digital one.
