It is missing an AC cord
I had expected to receive an AC cord with the product, as it was stated to have two EC inputs. But, even after asking for a possible missing item, I heard nothing. What good is an AC input plug without the cord?

I found this very NEAT device for my husband who needs to be able to monitor his pressures at home. I am thrilled that it talks to us and let’s us know if something is above or below normal. Doesnt take a reading anymore. Total garbage.
I bought this to check my blood pressure daily- after less than 2 months it is just garbage! It pumps the cuff up and that's it- doesn't take a reading any longer and then says error. What a waste of money. Don't bother with this junk. I wish that I could return it for a better one. Very unhappy with this purchase.
