Review: Excellent! - If you want to buy just one filter and wondering whether you should get the 1/8 or this one, i would say this is the one. 1/8 can be too subtle, in a way that in some situations you barely even notice it's there (maybe that's what you're going for). This is not the case with the 1/4, you get the stylized look in a very balanced way, without overpowering the image. Pro-mist vs Black mist, they have basically the same effect, but if you're shooting movies and using a LOG profile i would suggest this one (regular pro-mist). The black pro-mist reduces contrast even further which in my opinion can be a bit too much for LOG footage. It also cuts light because of the black particles in it, so again, i would suggest the Pro-Mist.
