LCD display Touch Screen Digitizer Assembly for Motorola Moto G XT1032 XT1036 with Frame Tools Review: Five Stars, but DON'T BREAK YOUR SPEAKER! - CAREFUL WITH THE EAR SPEAKER!!! I was watching a tutorial video (Japanese one set to piano music) that made it look like you can just pry out the ear speaker from the back. DON'T DO THAT. I broke mine. You should definitely pre-heat it to soften up the glue and then push it out from the front as other reviews have mentioned. I got impatient, and it cost me $8 for a new speaker. It's also not necessary to pull the front-facing camera off your board as that video showed. Otherwise, very simple repair. Find a good tutorial video and be very careful not to strip or overtighten the screws. BE GENTLE when you pull the circuit board out. I would use a little heat and plenty of patience on this step. The board is adhered to the frame and it can bend or get damaged if you're too aggressive with it. The tools worked find for me. The pry tools are a bit flimsy and started to chip away a bit, but I had no problems with the screwdriver and my new screen fits and works perfectly. Phone looks like new. Review: Works Great. - This seems to be an oem replacement. Once the phone was apart I couldnt tell the old screen and new one apart. Even the super tiny stickers and stamps inside were identical. After watching a couple YouTube videos, it only took me 20 minutes to replace the screen. It was definitely worth paying for the frame. Very easy to do. This product came from China, and I was surprised to get it within about 10 days. That's the fastest shipping I've ever gotten from China. I will certainly buy this product again. Warning, be sure to take out the speaker from the old frame. I accidenlty forgot it and had yo disassemble my phone again.

Screen works great, packaged very well
Screen worked great, came with all the tools that I needed to do the replacement, only issue was there is a white mark on the inside of the screen. Looks something got inside while they was putting the piece together. Not a crazy issue, a working screen is a working screen. Over all happy with what I received.

Beware
Installed successfully and worked fine but the screen started flickering black after 2 days and then it went all black in few hours. Rendering phone nonoperational. In my old cracked screen, the phone was atleast usable. Poor quality product.

Slight issue
Installation was easy, but the person that I replaced the screen for ,about 3 weeks later, started to complain that the screen was separating from the case. I hope that it holds if not it will ruin my reputation.

GREAT!! but WARNING READ THIS BEFORE REPLACEMENT
WARNING read this!!!! I was easily able to replace the screen with this replacement part in about 15 minutes. HOWEVER, you have to be careful. The disassembly instructions I found online do not mention the EARPIECE. This is the little speaker above the screen on your phone. This replacement does not include the earpiece and i did not notice it, so once it was put back together, my daughter could not hear anything when she held the phone to her ear. You need to pop that little rectangular piece out of the old screen/digitizer assembly and put it into this replacement before you put the mother board back onto the phone (she did not notice this until the next day and we had thrown out the old piece--had a nice garbage fishing expedition to retrieve it!!!). There is no heating or gluing necessary for this replacement. just the tools that you receive in the kit as well as a tweezer. I am puzzled as to why other reviewers were were doing any of that. The battery and motherboard are glued in lightly and you just need to gently pry them with the plastic pry tools but no heating is necessary.

Meh.
The bezel isn't exactly the same as the original Motorola bezel, the buttons feel different, and sometimes pressing volume up hard will press the volume down or power button simultaneously. Also the opening for the proximity sensor is too small, so the phone always thinks I have my face up against it, and keeps the screen locked during calls. The only solution was to make the power button hang up the calls, which is annoying. The torx drivers are low quality, disposable tools made of cheap metal, but I managed to make it last for this swap. In conclusion, I should have just ordered the LCD+glass and used my slightly beat up old bezel, but at this point its not worth taking the phone apart again, I can live with the annoyances.

Great screen, works well. Installation was simple.
Replacement was simple. All the tools were included... though I did have to lightly sand the end of the star screwdriver to get it to fit the screws on the phone. As many others have said BE VERY CAREFUL PRYING THE EARPIECE OUT... the front of the earpiece is stuck down to the front of the phone and has stronger glue than the back... or yo can go ahead and order a new one here EShineTM Ear Speaker Earpiece Sound Replacement for Motorola Moto G Model XT1031 XT1032 XT1028 XT1033 XT1034 XT1036 XT1039 XT1040 XT1042 XT1045+ EShine Cloth Also I tried using a tempered glass screen protector; results were poor... lots of trouble with the touchscreen through the screen protector. I've since removed the extra glass and the screen works great.
