These robes are great! I decided to try them when the company I usually bought winter robes from was sold and the new ownership's products were not what I wanted. Now I love these Hellomamma Womens Robes - soft, not shedding, very comfortable style. And so warm for the winter. I've had no trouble with the zipper, which moves smoothly and has not gotten stuck. I like the V-Neck style, too. Not too snug around the neck. Affordable, too. Very happy with the 3 I've bought so far.

Aside from the fact that it's the only thing in my closet that currently fits (because I'm down 100+ pounds). I'm 5'9", 150 lbs. and the medium is perfect! It is beautiful, deep enough pockets to safely carry my cell phone and blood sugar meter, soft (like petting a bunny), full-length zipper, lighter weight than my heavy chenille robe (yet still wonderfully warm), doesn't seem to shed like chenille does, cost less than half as much, is a little shorter so I don't trip over the hem going up the stairs, the sleeves are less baggy (so they don't droop in my soup! I may just buy another one in a different color because I like it so much! I had wanted a blue one, but ordered mint for a faster delivery and received blue! Highly recommended!

Just received this robe. So can't rate on durability but everything else is what I needed in a robe. Ankle length, warm, soft inside & out, easy to wear with zipper front & purple is gorg! Did have to go up 2 sizes. Will return with 5th star for durability if it wears well thru the winter.

I debated between a large and extra large. I ordered the large but I like my robes to be looser since I wear flannel PJ's. The large fit but I should have ordered a XL. I have received the XL and it is just right. Go up a size if you wear winter PJ's. This robe is like wearing a throw. Very soft, warm, and cuddly. I recommend it, as it is hard to find zippered robes.

Fell in love with this robe but I tried to zip it back up and put the two sides together but the one side would not stay in the bottom holder to zip it up! Heartbreaking! So, it would not zip up!!! Sending it back. It was roomy enough.

My daughter got this for herself, she's about 5'7 and maybe 120lbs. She got the XL for the length. It sits around her ankles, but it's surprisingly not overly huge in the width. She says this robe is very comfortable and soft. The zipper is much more convenient and efficient than a tie closure because according to her teen angst, tying a robe is just "so extra"
