Super Spartan Raced with it
Someitmes I'm a size 9, sometimes I'm a size 9½. This time I was a 9½. I usually am. Some other reviews said the sizes we're a bit large - I did not find that to be true. I ordered both sizes (thanks to the wonderful return policy) and kept the one that fit right.I used this these very comfortable shoes with toe socks for an 8 mile spartan race and found that they we're never uncomfortable - even after 7 miles of being soaked to the bone my knees hurt far more than any part of my feet. I loved how light weight and protective they are. Very durable. Now I like wearing them to the gym or throw them on without socks to walk my doggy when it's a bit too chilly to go barefoot.

Great Barefoot style running shoe
I have bought several barefoot style running shoes mainly Vivobarefoot brand. To me this is the best I've worn ever. It's minimalist enough to feel truly close to the ground with zero drop natural feel, yet with just enough cushioning and foot protection not to be uncomfortable. They are now my favorite basically wear all the time sneaker as well. I have always felt that technologically velcro is indeed superior, nerdy or not, to laces, and I just wish all shoes had velcro and that laces would become the obsolete items that they truly are.

nice shoes and very durable
Very comfortable. They don't have any cushion which I like. More of a natural feel when walking, running and lifting.

Inov8 are tough to size without trying them on
Inov8 in general are tough to size and this are as well. Go with your normal Inovt size, if you don't know what that is maybe go a size smaller then normal.Love these, just not the color or lack there of.Chris

Great Shoe!
I dont do cross fit but i love these shoes for their bare fit. They are perfect for squats, dead lifting and other leg workouts keeping your foot flat like it should be. They fit true to size and I like them a lot.

super comfortable
because they are low profile I was afraid they would not be easy to walk on.............not the case however. I have bought 3 pairs of their shoes and love them all.

Its a little snug at first, but it will stretch out perfectly, like my other pair did.
