They call it medium hot, but it's just a mellow spice. We love it and will be buying more for chicken and fish coating.

great venison companion. Tenderize the deer steaks, coat with House Autry Medium hot and cook in a bit of oil. Don't over cook!!

Nice tasty mix
I use House Autry mix on wings. It’s a good coating mix with just the right amount of flavor. One pouch lasts a good while. Wish I could find it in extra hot.

Horrible!
Don't buy! The seller is misleading customers that the product is 2lbs.! I just received this today Mar. 4th 2026 the item fits in the palm of my hand and I can still see my fingers! I included a picture to give an idea of what I'm saying!!
