Fabric Sink Skirt Mosaic Stitch Lavender

This sink skirt is pretty, and that's about all. It does NOT stick, and literally falls off constantly. I will invest in some double sided tape, and hope that works. I have a pedestal sink for the first time where I live, and this skirt so far is useless until I can get it to adhere properly.
