Jigsaw Health 5-HTP Capsules, 100 mg, 120 Count

5-Htp with SRT allows me to drift off to sleep feeling satisfied. I take during the day to help prevent me from over reacting to stressful situations.

I have tried a number of 5 http supplements and this is by far the best. With other supplements, it sometimes feels like I get hit by a ton of bricks when the 5 htp kicks in. With Jigsaw time release, I get a much more even effect over the day. It also seems like I am able to take a lower dose and still get the results I want. Finally the fact that Jigsaw sources their product from Linnea is important to me-- I always try to research my supplements and know that not all manufacturers give the same results. This is definitely 5 stars for me.

I think this product is the sole reason I feel so wonderful! I have tried it for two weeks now, along with other supplements. I feel amazing! My energy is like I was before adrenal fatigue and hypothyroidism set in. I highly recommend this product!! I take one pill in am, and one pill in pm. I have not received anything for this review, I just wanted to spread the word on how great it has made me feel.That being said.... The ingredient list pictured on Amazon is very confusing!! It is the wrong label!! It should say "5htp 100 mg." instead it has iodine, copper, zinc, selenium, etc on the label. THAT IS FOR A DIFFERENT PRODUCT!! This needs to be fixed. It is confusing!

My sister and father started taking this (at separate times) for varying degrees of anxiety and depression. I found this brand as one of the purest and best resourced on the market. It is worth the price for knowing you aren't getting contaminants.5-HTP has truly helped me with my anxiety. Not just a placebo effect but actually does add serotonin to your system allowing you to stop worrying about the small things. I now only take it every other day and allows me to stay focused and less stressed. Anxiety runs in our family, and has worked wonders on us all.We have heard mixed results from others, so there is a genetic link. If it works for you or a family member, chances are it will work for others in your family too.Truly worth it.

I have wanted to try 5-HTP for a while due to its help with fibromyalgia sufferers. I tried another brand and it was too much at 100mg. I had a massive headache the next day. I was hesitant to try again, but heard so many great things about Jigsaw's SRT technology. I'm happy I tried it! It's only been a few days, but I'm noticing better sleep and more energy during the day. I'm taking 100mg at night only right now.

I've taken 5-HTP for years before bedtime to help quiet down the busy mind. I really like this product since it is a time release and I think its effectiveness lasts over a longer period of time. Now, usually, unlike before, when I awaken in the night, I am able to fall back asleep without my busy mind robbing my sleep.

This was to help my depression and anxiety. It helps but unfortunately not as well as I hoped. Still have to take prescription medication. Doesnt hurt your stomache like others. Definetely worth tring.
