Seller was responsive and acted quickly to make reparations for the faulty product we received. They provided a full refund of the item which is helpful.Previous review: Instructions were hard to follow and not user-friendly. It was a waste of time and money. Ended up having to purchase a new phone because the part made my current phone unusable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Product! *by C***Y on January 22, 2019* This product came with everything you need. The tool kit quality was good enough to get through the fix, which is not too difficult as long as you follow the procedure and keep track of all your screws and parts mainly for front camera & ear piece and home button. I used a piece of blank paper to label everything for each part. Before you tighten last screw to finish the replacement, I would recommend testing these 4 functions:the screen itself, the home button, the ear piece and the front facing camera to make sure these little parts are in place well. And of course, the screen itself, though not as good as the original apple screen for brightness and contrast, is quite a fine product.Overall very excellent product, I would recommend to anyone with a broken Screen. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Build quality great / Color is off compared to original LCD *by C***E on January 7, 2019* This screen fits perfectly and I had no issues installing it but I did notice a couple negatives.1) having to take off the clear plastic guides for the front facing camera and the two sensors next to the camera remove a lot of their adhesive. I would add these into the replacement screen if it were up to me because when I put them on the new screen they couldn’t adhere and would slide around during reassembly.2) I would also add in the water proofing adhesive strip for the screen/frame mating into this kit instead of having to buy it separately.Also, the screen’s color is off. It’s colors are no where near as vibrant as the original. Like the RGB mix is not right.
