Concealed Carry Purse - Leather Tooled American Cowhide Crossbody by Gun Tote'n Mamas (Cherry)

I gave it 3 stars for lightweight because it's made of leatherand so is not super light but exactly the perfect weight for a quality purse. And when I add my 911 Kimber it is definitely not light but I didn't expect that. I really really like this purse not only because I can carry my gun but the other pockets help keep my stuff very organized. Love it. ❤

I absolutely love this purse! It is beautiful, well-made, and practical. It is perfect for someone who desires a medium-sized purse without bulk. The only drawback is that the concealed pocket does not have a zipper with a lock. I did not realize this when I purchased it but I love it so much I am willing to deal with it. The only time I need the added security is at large family functions or parties and I can always switch purses for a night.

UPDATE: I have been using this purse for about 4 months. I have just put it in the closet because it is not a great purse. The zippers on the sides of the credit card pocket keep going down on their own. I carry a S & W 9mm M & P Shield and it is much too heavy for this purse even though it is a "lightweight" gun. The leather is pretty but really thin, too. The gun has made a permanent bulge in the leather no matter that I have moved the holster around to avoid that. The weight of my "lightweight" gun has made the purse bend in the middle as well. I've checked other stores like Cabelas and such and this same purse there is the exact same way, thin and weak.I have been in the market for a conceal carry purse for years. I have adapted other purses but recently found myself needing a more secure option. I have a hard time buying purses sight unseen. I took a chance on ordering this one because it said free returns and it seemed to suit my needs. It is a wonderful purse. I am very happy with it. It holds everything I need a purse to hold and includes a secure holster for my 9mm S and W, M and P Shield.

Purchased the cherry bag, but came with a black tassel (the picture shows a matching cherry tassel). Contacted the seller who was so great in contacting me VERY quickly. Unfortunately the cherry bags now come with a black tassel...oh well, in the scope of world affairs no biggie; it gorgeous nonetheless. This is one heck of a FANTASTIC CCW handbag! Lovely embossed leather, lots of compartments, just the right size to carry just what you need in a purse, plus your weapon, of course. The only thing, I would say, lacking, are mag holders. Holster is on Velcro, adjustable, easily accessible, and very concealable. I love this purse! Everything I need daily is in the pocket! Only downside I found was the was the fasteners on the strap can open and release the body of purse- happed to me twice

I love this purse and I get many compliments on it, thus the 5 star rating. However, my only complaint is the strap is attached by hooks so that you can remove the strap (not sure why you would want to) and it gets twisted very easily and is somewhat difficult (thus annoying) to get it straight again. It is beautiful and well made, but the strap, well, just a nuisance at times. It does lean on the small side, you can't carry much, but that doesn't bother me as I have been trying to wean myself of the large, oversized bags. So, if you like to carry your kitchen sink with you (as well as your pistol) this might not be for you.

I do love this purse, but I also do not. It seems like it should be roomier, but everything is a tight fit. I am not a pack rat, I have my Airweight, a pen, lipstick, eyeglasses in a case, small/man sized wallet, keys, some toothpicks and some gum. Cannot add my Kindle to this even out of the case. It's super cute though. The quality is good. My last Gun Tote'n Mamas purse lasted almost 2 years and was made of the same materials/craftsmanship. I'm pleased and will still use it, but it is deceptively small on the insides.

I absolutely love this purse. First it looks great. The tooled leather in the cherry color is amazing to look at. I get compliments about it a lot. Second its easily organized. I like a place for everything and everything in its place and this purse does that for me. The carry compartment is a good size for the 9mm semi that I carry. I have not tried a larger firearm in it. I don't everyday carry one. I would like to see the option for a smaller Velcro holster. I have a smaller sig that falls out of the one that came with the purse. I give it five stars because I LOVE this purse !!!
