These sheets are absolutely lovely and very well made. I have another set of Laura Ashley sheets that are a tiny bit heavier, which took a few washings to break in and make them soft. This set is cotton sateen, which is a slightly different weave, making it soft and smooth right from the start. The design and color is what appealed to me, as it is a mid-blue which can be mixed with teal, greens, different shades of blues, and of course, neutrals. The printed rose and floral motif is perfect for country chic or Victorian decor design schemes. I highly recommend them, especially if you can get them on sale!
