Great Product at Great Price !
The first unit I ordered arrived damaged ( broken pedestal ) . I ordered it again , because I trust Dell products , I liked the price and I got extended warranty for $1.50 . The second unit arrived without a problem , I immediately installed and it's a great item for its price . And like I said, for 1.50 I got it covered for another 3 Y . You just can't go wrong . By the way , I use it on a family desktop , not a gamer here . Good luck on your buy !

decent screen for the money
I just needed two cheap monitors for a bookkeeper system i put together and these worked fine. as far as high quality goes, i probably wouldn't use them in hopes of getting HD quality.

frustrating blurry splotch right across the middle of the screen
One of them had a big blurry splotch across the middle of the screen (I ordered two). The second one was okay, but obviously I didn't want mis-matched monitors so I sent them both back and got two new ones from another brand. Frankly I'm glad I just went with another brand for about $30 more per monitor. It's worth it in my book. Didn't have any issues at all with the others, they are slightly larger, and the resolution is WAY better on the new ones. I think it's worth the $30 extra. Be advised these Dell monitors, even if they didn't have the big blurry splotch right across the middle of the screen, would LOOK blurry because of how low resolution they are. You don't realize it, but anything that isn't pretty close to HD these days will look blurry. I didn't realize how accustomed I was to HD until I saw these Dell monitors and saw how blurry they looked.

Great product. if you need a monitor this size, this is what you want. It's refurbished so for a couple extra bucks buy the replacement insurance just for the hell of it.
