SwissGearDuffel Bag, Carry-On Travel Luggage, Heather Grey, 19" Rolling

Extremely dissatisfied with this bag. I bought this a week before travel and it failed within 3 days, I assume poor quality control or manufacturing processes. The bag was never over stuffed and essentially the zipper just broke off and I was unable to close my bag halfway through my trip. I had to go through airports zip tying it closed. The bag overall seemed nice but caused me a lot of issues during travel.I was also very unhappy with how Amazon handled the situation. I paid $110 for the bag and it was delivered on Feb 3. On Feb 20 I go to exchange for a new bag and the price for the bag jumped from $110 to $180. All I wanted was an exact replacement because I was hoping the zipper on the new bag would be fine. However because of the price difference in 17 days Amazon refused to give me the same bag and would only refund me.So to summarize, Amazon sold me a defective product and when I went to exchange it within 30 days, Amazon refused and said I have to now pay $70 more to get the same product…

Do NOT. Absolutely do not purchase anything from Swiss Gear these days. I used to appreciate their brand, but they’ve obviously made some changes and the product quality and customer service has turned to crap.I purchased this item and several other pieces for a new travel set and not a single item has held up for even one single trip. I’ve had zippers tear, plastic shred and more.I’ve contacted Swiss Gear for an exchange and they are uncooperative. I was required to submit a form and cut a tag off the items to submit, which I did. They’ve received it and claimed the tag was not attached… even after it was taped to hold up better than the seams on their products. They have refused any exchange and you will encounter the same.If you’re looking to waste money, go right ahead. You have been forewarned. To those at Amazon, you should really consider removing Swiss Gear as a supplier as well. I don’t believe Amazon intends to support a bogus business and sadly that’s what Swiss Gear has become since online sales.

Just took this on Frontier Airlines. The bag fit under the seat in front of me. Stuck out about 2 inches but did not bother my feet. The bag wants to tip over to one side. I made sure to position it so it would not not tip. I packed it for a 9 day trip with clothes, toilet articles, large pill containers and an iPad with charging cords. I was pleased with it’s size for the trip.

Very well made and seems sturdy. However when in stand in position it doesn't sit upright well. The small feet it sits on are too short and small. This results in actual bag sitting on ground. Will wear on bag and also cause it to pick up dirt from ground.

I have traveled twice with this duffel bag and it works great!! I love using this duffel bag and it looks very modern and sleek. It's very durable for a carry-on travel bag, I wouldn't use this for a check-in since there are so many people just throwing luggages around and not being careful. This duffel bag has more than enough space for me to put what I need for a 5-day trip and it's big enough to put my organizing cubes for my clothes and shoes in it. It's worth to buy this duffel bag if you love organizing!

Great duffle for short trips and to use as an overhead bag for plane rides. I researched a few different duffles, as I am limited in what I can travel with for work, and this SwissGear was my favorite of the choices. It holds shape well, has useful pockets for organization, and I love that the wheels are really functional but are very subtle. The extension works nicely for rolling this bag through the airport. I highly recommend this luggage as it has been very useful for me in the 15 or so trips I have taken since purchasing!

Wheels roll fine, works as carry on! Just what my wife wanted!

This SWISSGEAR 7368 Travel Duffel, Heather Grey (19" Rolling) is exactly what I wanted. For me, the size is perfect and it is very durable & sturdy for every travel needs.I had another SWISSGEAR Travel Duffel (21" Rolling) and I must say; I prefer this second [SWISSGEAR 7368 Travel Duffel, Heather Grey (19" Rolling)] purchase. In all honesty, I LOVE the SWISSGEAR brand.
