This will make your whole house smell great and motivate you to clean. However, it is ONLY when the washer is running. The smell goes away after it is done cycling and you've dried your laundry. You won't need softener so that is a plus! And very little goes a long way. Despite how small this is and the cap.... it lasted close to two months with consistent weekend washing. Recommend using as aroma therapy to help you get INTO the cleaning mood. So if you are a certain-time-of -the-week-to-clean person; this is for you. Start with the laundry and this will get you started on everything else because of how fresh it will smell in your home.

I had NO idea how these high efficiency washers worked cuz they just sit there not doing anything, and then to add only a capful or two of this felt like my dirty clothes would just become wetter dirty clothes. BUT surprise! This lasts and lasts and even my heavily unfriendly scented clothes come out smelling great and not just clean but feeling clean, doesn't leave any streaks or weird spots. (I work around animals and the scents can become part of your clothes which isn't bad until you go anywhere else like a store) If you have really dirty spot obviously you might need to give it special attention but this actually cleans off grease spots I've had and dirt marks. The bottle looks small but I think my last one lasted so long (few months with daily capful washings) I actually don't remember when I bought it.

Really enjoyed the smell But if you suffer from hard water , make sure you have borax on you ( to soften the water ) when you use this, or you only will get about 16 loads from it . To note , may also want to put a Little baking soda so it really works well .

I hate chemical "scents" and always buy unscented products but this all-natural product smells wonderful. I also like the patchouli version. We are grown adults so we don't need harsh stain removers like we would if we had kids. I think clothes come out clean, fresh and cottons and wools are fluffy and seem to be moisturized, if that makes any sense. We also hate fabric softener and never use it. With this, you don't need it. Great products. And ... the scent is very subtle. People only smell it if they are in very close proximity to you.

I only gave 3 stars because this scent is pretty mild. It really doesn’t have much of a smell. A bit citrus maybe. I love Zum laundry soap. It cleans well, I don’t need fabric softener and the other scents smell great. I just don’t care for this one.

Love the scent of this laundry soap. Goes a long way in our HE machine. Only wish more scents were available at this price(cedarwood lavender specifically). Next day delivery is convenient for us.

I have bought Zum for years, but this is the first time I bought the concentrated version. I poured it on top of my sheets and on top of a load of clothes, as I have a top-loader machine. Both washes came out with the stains from the "pour over" on them! That means the soap didn't even wash in or disperse during the cycle. So sad, since it ruined brand new sheets and much of my family's clothes in the wash where the soap won't wash out! Perhaps it's better in a front-loader washing machine, but for mine, I can't buy Zum again.

Happy I found this. Scent is the right amount. I know my clothes are clean even with a washer that isnt working as well as it should
