Fits Like the Original
These rollers are an important part of the lower shelf of the dishwasher. Without the wheels it is quite bothersome to move the tray around. On mine, two wheels came off on different sides and would not stay back on. It may have been possible to glue them in, but I didn't try it. I found the APEX product and carefully checked to see if it would match my Kitchenaid washer. Once they arrived, I was able to put in the new ones within a few minutes and they work just like the original, since I didn't change the intact original ones. It is not a complicated part, nor is it hard to install, but most of the time the problem is that such parts, once they break, are so hard to find and often can only be gotten from the manufacturer. The fact that APEX is able to supply them with the convenience of Amazon shipping right to your home, is a big plus in itself. But also in examining the parts, and comparing them to the original, they appear at least as robust, and possibly better. Highly recommended to save time and money and get the functionality back. My only advice would be to make sure you are getting the right part.

Causes bottom arms to not spin - measure height of old ones
These seem to be shorter than the old ones as the basket catches the spinning arms at the bottom of the dishwasher, causing the arms to not spin. Seller should prove height of product. These are 2.75”. I had bought these because they were cheaper, not realizing there are height differences per make/model.

Great replacement wheels for the lower dishwasher rack.
These replacement wheels perform very well and restore the full functionality of the lower dishwasher rack. Very easy to install. One observation I noticed is when I first moved the rack with the new wheels installed it did not appear to roll as freely as I expected. After I ran the dishwasher once the wheels completely freed up and the rack now glides back and forth with ease. I can not rate the durability of these wheels but they appear to be at least as strong and possibly better then the original factory wheels which lasted about 6 years before starting to break.. Over all for the cost these wheels from Apex are a very good value and I highly recommend them especially compared to the ridiculously high price of the replacements offered by the dishwasher manufacturers which are more then 4 times more expensive. One final note. I was comparing these wheels from Apex to some other brands that offer steel screw type axels that on the surface would seem to be better especially in the durability department. But based on numerous reviews and complaints I have read it appears that not only is rusting a problem but possibly because of the heat in the dishwasher the metal axel causes the plastic of the wheel to deform. Since virtually every new dishwasher I have seen appears to only use fully plastic wheels with no metal for the lower rack this could be the reason why.

Exact replacement for original wheels
These are an exact replacement for the parts in my Kitchenaid dishwasher. The only difference is these are new and work, while the old ones are broken. Very easy to replace, just snap the old ones off and snap the new ones on. Now the lower rack rolls like it did when new.

After 1 year, so far, so good!
When I was looking for new wheels, most reviews gave 5 stars, stating that they were easy to install, YESTERDAY. I wanted to know about the durability, since the manufacturers wheels failed pretty quickly on most people's washers. Well, I know it's only been a year, but mine are doing great. rolling like new! I"ve noticed that if I go more than a couple of months without running dishwasher cleaner through an entire cycle {i use Finish} the rack can be a little draggy. but after cleaning it just glides. Maybe tugging a rack on dirty wheels leads to an early demise? IDK, But If these wheels eventually fail, I would buy this product again.

Much higher quality than the wheels I bought from another vendor.
I went with the "premium" wheels after needing to replace my dishwasher wheels after only 18 months and am glad I did. I had initially assumed that all the dishwasher wheels were the same, made by the same company in China and all the vendors just were selling exact same product. After getting this set of wheels it's clear that not all products are made the same (or the single manufacturer really stepped up their quality). I replaced the wheels set less than 2 years ago with another Amazon vendors product and they broke. This set is clearly made better and is physically tougher than the broken set I was replacing.

cost effective replacement
Item include set of four wheel sets for roughly a quarter the price of an OEM part for an individual wheel set. And, the replacement was improved by using a screw to hold the wheels on rather than the plastic plug on the OEM parts, for which 5 of the 8 wheels fell off due to the plastic plug failing. Much cheaper for higher quality. I expect the companies selling the OEM parts don't really want to sell any or are counting on people doing no researching on the internet.

Just okay.
I needed to replace the OEM version of these on my dishwasher and thought I would give these a try despite the other low reviews. These were good for a few months but now one of the wheels is starting to bend outward almost like it melted or something. So I am going to buy some new ones from the Whirlpool parts site instead. I would only recommend these if you are in a pinch or a tight budget but in the long run you will have to replace them. They just don't last like the OEM version does.
