The media could not be loaded.  To be honest, love the string light very much. It looks so cool and has magical results. Works well for both outdoor and indoor use. I was very impressed with it from the moment I started to operate it. So many functions and modes make it to be suitable for the versatile occasions. I am quite satisfied with this string light. I bought these in January '20 and put them up in February. When they work they are beautiful but by May they were malfunctioning. I contacted the seller and through a torturous series of emails including videos, I got them to work again for about a week. Sometimes they worked fine, other times they did their own thing or took a long time to come on and work at all. The seller did send me 3 replacement bulbs which I have now used in continued troubleshooting to no avail.These lights are not waterproof, they are not even water resistant. They regularly collect water in the bulb, often without rain, just humid days.I now find myself on a ladder in July changing/cleaning all the bulbs. It will be easier to cut them down and replace than continue this process.-Not water resistant, collects water causing corrosion-customer service is lacking and slow-The "warranty" is a joke.

I was hesitant due to cost and decided to try it. Glad I did! Color are quite vibrant and bright for our back porch, and plexi bulbs are very clear..and tough. Bit slow to respond to changes in fade and strobe commands but everything else works well. Correspondence to questions were answered promptly. Came with spare bulbs and they are not medium base , they are 4 pin bulbs , but again built for durability. Bought 2 sets to string together and works well. Power supply is not at all warm even running two strings. Dimming works well. Colors even match our Hayward LED pool light! Spacing is every 2 feet ..some strings I looked at were every 3 feet. Highly recommend these lights.

Just stopped working 6 weeks after I received them conveniently 2 weeks after the return expiration. Hoping the company will step up and replace them.Update: After sending an email to the "email" listed on the warranty card, I received a return email. Very cryptic and in broken English. They keep asking for photos of the lights. What do they need to see? They are not working! I obliged and sent photos of the lights not on. Then they asked more questions about moisture in the bulbs! These lights are Waterproof! That is why I bought them. Why does that matter?The warranty card from Angroc clearly states "pleas note the item you bought has been covered with a 1-Year quality guarantee service, and we will give you a full refund or free replacement service."I like the lights when they worked "for a week". I obviously received a defective strand. Send me a new one and I will update this review.

When I use it for my room, a warm and romantic atmosphere are created. Excellent item! Thanks.

Was very excited to order these lights as a birthday gift from my son's to go around my pergola. As these are not a cheap purchase.Everything about the lights when working was nice and they looked good. But that hasAll changed after a couple months when the S14 light bulbs begin to fail. I've tried to find replacement bulbs but have had no luck. So now I have about 10 lights that are not working or will only work on a certain color. And half the string flickering between colors and brightness. The problem that I can see is though the light set is supposed to be waterproof it's far from it. As water is getting inside the bulbs and causing the lights to fail. So now I'll be trying to get a replacement set or my money back since theLight set came with a 1 year warranty.Upgraded my star rating because at least angroc honored there warranty and gave me a refund. I would have accepted a replacement set to see if maybe I just got aBad set. I still want the lights. so updated rating is for standing behind your product.

Just bought it for Christmas decoration. Compared with other LED edison outdoor remote string lights, the most significant features of this string light are that all the light bulbs can display DIFFERENT COLORS at once, and moreover the whole string lights have the CHASING EFFECT, which are just what I am looking for. Works well as described. Top-quality, waterproof, and heavy-duty string lights. The 20-key wireless remote is rather convenient, with the most powerful functions, up to 8 colors and more than 10 different light modes for my choices, from monochrome and color mixing, static and dynamic, brightness mode, speed modes, color flash, jump, fade, chasing to automatic modes etc. In brief, it can meet almost all I need by a gentle clicking. Highly recommended!
