it’s good condition?? broken glass and can’t switch on?? different imei numbers. how??? made return.

The phone is physically fine. It has a software glitch. The screen freezes and might not work for a hour or 2 and starts working. All I want is another phone because I understand things happen. They will not exchange it. 2 phone calls later they said they are sending me return info. 3 days later I have not received it. Do not order from this company. They are 70 dollars more directly from apple and you have no problems. Now I am stuck with a 500 piece of junk.

I've just received the product iPhone 7 Plus Red 128GB yesterday. So far , so good, I'm really pleased with the phone, it came in great condition, except one significant scratch on the apple logo, which is a little bit disappointed, but it's fine. Every function works fine the past couple of days, hope it will last long. I will let you guys know if there are any later issues.

I wrote I 5 star review last week till my phone stoppped working so I called T-mobile and they told me that the phone is stolen... not sure what is this but I would not recommend this to anyone.

I received my phone today so far so good no scratches not one and the camera is crispy clean and everything is up and running I give this a 5 Star 💪🏿💪🏿💯😁😁

I was scared to get this iPhone 7 Plus. Because of the one star reviews. But when I got it. It was like buying a brand new phone. No scratches, Camera, audio , speakers , all fantastic. Highly recommend To get your iPhones here.

OMG I finally got it! Now I know why kids will stand on line for iPhones for hours. After fooling around with Motorola smart phones for 9 years, none of which were particularly impressive or worked particularly well, I have finally come away from the darkside of cellular and into the light. This thing is great and it wasn't very hard to set up. The security on the phone is outstanding. I bought this iPhone 7 (256GB) for myself and the iPhone 7+ (128 GB) for my wife for less than $1K . All my kids, and grandkids told me that the iPhone 7, with loads of memory, and an upgrade to the IOS 11 operating system was the way to go. They were right. These phones are an outstanding value.

I’ve got quite a few refurbished phones from Amazon and always had good experiences with them. This one is the best one yet. Works perfectly and when I got it there was a slip that said “If you had anything less than 5 star service let us know”. Which I thought was really nice. I have to say though I have no complaints!!!

Literal me llegó como nuevo, incluso cable y cuadrito originales, tuve suerte! Ya tiene 10 meses el celular y funciona perfecto!

Had to return the phone, speaker was not working properly and while making phone call the sound was barely audible.Issue was not with amazon but mainly with the original seller, seems he forgot to tell the phone was, what look like immerse in water.Pay attention amazon do not test phone before selling only serve as intermediaries. You may find a good deal but honestly, for iPhone, I would stay away. Don’t get me wrong amazon fulfill their obligation (return and reimburse)

ES el cuarto que compro con este comprador y estoy mas que contento no le puse 5 estrellas es por la bateria quedando como un original, con feo portentaje de un 83 % ,aunque los cargadores sean genericos que te dan , pero yo tengo mas de 3 cargadores originales de IPHONES y excelentes cargadores como LENCENT y CHOETECH,asi de que me apuro por los cargadores ,sino mas bien por la bateria lo bueno es que FUNCIONA PERFECTAMENTE,hasta lo pude actualizar a ios 14.5.1 este hermano mayor el 7 plus ROJO y esta desbloqueado para cualquier compañia cosa que me puso muy contento, lo unico malo es la bateria y calienta gacho el celular =/ es por la bateria ,pero con esto me confirma, que no fue un Renewed sino un original usado, no has sido abrierto y llego sin golpes y sin un arañazo TODO ORIGINAL,con este comprador le compre el 8 plus, que tambien fue original con su mica propia de usado sin daño y con mejor bateria que su hermano mayor 7 plus, pero ambos en perfectas condiciones y no son Renewed =) con un muy buen PRECIO que AMAZON lo CONSIGUE, si van a comprar un Iphone o un LG o un Samsung Galaxy de alta gama a precio de disque Renewed , con este VENDEDOR SI SE LO RECOMIENDO mil veces,saben casi siempre es de suerte del 65% que te vende casi siempre te llega ORIGINAL de tipo usado en buen precio y de calidad o si eres de media suerte como un 35 a un 40% que es un Renewed cuando te llega una con bateria de 90 a 93 % o sea de que si es un Renewed, cuando vea en tu iphone en informacion del celular donde se dice modelo si ves que te aparece una letra de F o R entonces si es Renewed, pero si es una "M" es original con la bateria del 83% a 87% o sea no han sido abrietos sino usados a un GRAN PRECIO bien garantizados por AMAZON y APOYANDO AL VENDEDOR por su calidad, entonces hay mucha CONFIANZA con este vendedor y siempres haras una GRAN COMPRA con el =),me llego antes de tiempo, si cumple perfectamente no tengo mas que decir

arrived sooner than expected, very excited about that!charger hub was not apple. charger cord was apple but seemed used, neither seemed to work. not a problem for me because I had a charger from my last phone.came with a clear glass screen protector which was a score!battery life seems normal, perhaps a tad bit worse than a new one.volume is a little weird, after various attempts to fix this, when people call me I can barely hear them. aside from that it’s about normal.bluetooth works fine, hooked up my airpods easy peasy.speech to text works well, touch screen is good too. overall happy with my purchase.

They gave me a phone that’s grimy , with built up dirt in the crack ( probably where the top of case and the top of the screen met). This is in worse condition than my current work phone I’ve had for 5 years. Least they could’ve done was wipe the gunk off from around the edges. Makes me hesitant because their lack of attention detail probably means they didn’t inspect the other more important aspects of the phone well enough.. like the battery life etc. I’m not even going to bother turning it on. It’s going back. Not impressed.
