Yes! I wore a petticoat with it to a wedding not too long ago and it made the whole thing pop! If you don’t wear a petticoat with this dress I feel it is a disservice to its beauty.

The sizes are true size and in the chest area is some room, I bought the stick on bra so It was very comfortable and very beautiful dress, I was really impressed with it

No its not in the tummy area there is a non stretchy waistband
