gotta admit I am highly disappointed by this product. I paid more for this one than others expecting better quality and the fabric is great but the overall quality is lacking between the vecro and loose threads everywhere that have to be trimmedFirst of all the headrest section has to be cut into the top but you advertised these as fully made to order for my truck. So why would I have to cut them and risking them tearing in the future. tis wasn't me making changes it was in the instructionsSecond the Velcro doesn't want to line up properly on the sides of the upper section ( the upper seat ) under tension. NOWHERE in the ad does is state that it will be held together with Velcro. causing dimples and a rushed look. I hate to say it again but for the retail of these I would have expected something more secure heck even a industrial zipper hiddenThird the center section does not fit the top console correctly, nor does it allow my console to latch shut. or even properly cover the cup holder in the front the bottom section uses Velcro to go under the center seat but the straps are nowhere near long enough and if they were long enough to go straight under they would block the cupholder on the back of the center bench so I had to angle them and they barely connect again you advertised these were made for my exact truckAll in all your advertisement of "fit seamlessly over existing upholstery" is nowhere near accurate.heck they don't even reach the bottom of the front of my seats.I sent you several pictures of my seats and truck and answered all your questions.Lastly they came late after I told you of the timeline. you said it was achievable but it would be tight. I can forgive the lateness but after all the other issues I must admit I am rather annoyed

Headrest covers do not fit at all. The middle headrest cover is not even close. Center console cover looks terrible. you have to cut holes with scissors for headrest and if you cut a little too far it looks terrible. loose strings everywhere. Didn't include enough of the string your suppose to use to tie everything together. Install was horrible. I expected more at this price range.

I just installed my new seat covers in my 2010 F-150. Love 'em! They are a nice tight fit, a lot heavier material than I expected and got the whole thing done in less than 90 minutes. Installation was exactly as it was laid out in the instruction booklet with the exception of the center console. Having worked in the auto industry for years, I know how many possible interior options there are and it only took about 10 minutes to figure out the proper way to route the straps. Also, for those of you complaining about pushing the material under the seat back, I used a paint stir stick and it worked like a charm (plus they're free at most paint stores).I am going to get the backseat covers soon. I wanted to wait until I saw the front seat covers to decide whether I wanted to do the backseat. When I buy my next truck, I will probably order a set for it as soon as I pick it up.Great job guys!

So I bought these in 2020 and I still have them and they look like new. However last month the seat of the driver started to fray. I sent a picture in to them and they agreed to replace the seat even though they’re almost 6 months out of warranty. Again great customer service and honestly any cover that lasts 18 months in my truck is great. Yes they’re a little hard to install but they don’t move AT ALL once you’re done.

The seat covers are not bad once installed, assuming they send you the correct sizes or designs.The installation is complicated and has no instructions. They are seat covers, so it is fairly straightforward how they go on. The problem is the sizing is just off enough to make nothing fit properly, and all of the fastening is done with low quality string they provided. After the first few knots I tied came undone, I quit trying to tie them in place with the provided string and started using 550 paracord, the paracord made the job much easier.The seatcovers had no holes for the headrests, there were headrest covers included, so they knew they were there, just no holes. We wound up using a knife to poke small holes in the top to fit the headrest posts through.The cover for the folding center section was obviously for a different type of seat so I email them and they quickly agreed to send me the correct cover for that section. Unfortunately when the replacement arrived, it was again incorrect for my seat, although it was at least different from the orignal one they sent me. I even sent pictures of my seat and the part it needed to fit, but what they sent me would not work.The seat covers, the parts that are covered (still no cover for the folding center section), are nice. They are neoprene. They fit snugly and are comfortable to sit on, they are also fairly attractive. Its just too bad they cannot send me a complete set so I dont have the one section remaining without a cover.

Seat covers fit pretty nice but they did not say I had to cut holes for head rests. If I'm paying that much money for custom fit seat covers why do I have to cut holes in anything. That's why I pay to have them custom fit. Also they are terribly difficult to install. Instructions say they take an hour. I don't think even a professional could do it in that time. I have spent hours already and still not finished. If I would have known it was this hard to install I probably would not have bought them. I'm serious. What a pain in the ass they have been installing. I would have paid more money for someone else to do it. Would never have thought something custom fit was so difficult to install.

Looks great, fits good and snug... takes quite a bit of time to install. Ties and straps (which you dont see once installed) could be better materials and wiser use of hooks and latches vs just nylon cord from an installation point of view could be improved. Other than that, they look great, customer service is there, and I have been getting a lot of compliments about the look, feel, and comfort of the seats since I have put the seat covers over my fabric cloth seats in my F150.
