Beats Powerbeats 2 Wireless Headphones (Black)

After 4 months, the product stopped working.Went to service center, they denied servicing the product saying they could not verify the purchase date.Called Amazon customer center, they too denied to help without some DOA, which B2X apple service center does not provide.Hence stuck between the two, feels like wasted 16000 rupees on Amazon.Sell products whose responsibility you can take, if Amazon cannot verify product purchase date, then just stop selling those products.

I bought this for use in the gym .. within the 12 months warranty I had it replaced 3 times due to volume controls not working .. the last replacement began malfunctioning within 3 months ... Apple will take no responsibility for their products after 12 months of original purchase , even if replacement is a lemon . Sound is great while it lasts ..

Not better than bose

Great product! Apt for workout. Not good for video playback as it lags.

Very disappointed with the product as the sound would not synch with video on my iPad, and this despite downloading a firmware upgrade to supposedly fix it. It's a known issue, well publicised on many forums and even on the Apple website. Strange that this fault cannot be overcome when Apple owns Beats! So I returned the Powerbeats for a refund. Despite my disappointment, Amazon did a first class job in accepting my return and refunding the money. So paid less than half the price for Plantronics Backbeats Go2 that work a treat.

Very disappointed. Initial pair didn't last a month, battery couldn't hold charge and would flatten in my bag. Replacement pair lasted longer. I've tried all the ear fittings and none have been perfect. The sound also leaks out badly. Anyway when I got to the gym this morning the control part of the head phones came apart (see pic). So these have been returned for a full refund (no issues with Amazon they have been excellent). I wouldn't buy Beats again. Will try Bose now.

Had these for three weeks and they started showing signs of being unreliable. I checked on multiple devices iPhone iPad and running machine at the gym. They played for a while and started cutting out. This is such a shame as the product seemed very promising. But the price I paid with these problems they had to be returned. I wouldn't expect these issues from such a brand.Overall i wouldn't recommend this product. But amazons service was great. Returned and refunded with no hassle.

I bought these headphones for my motorbike helmet. They fit perfectly in my helmet. I was worried because I have small ears so I thought they wouldn't fit they are very adjustable. The sound quality is very good and you can hear the bass very clrarky. They keep the charge for at least 48 hours. They come in very nice packaging with a nice portable case. They also come with different buds you fit your ear

Bought them a few years back and they still work properly, the sound is wery good compared to other products, battery life still good, connects to any bluetooth device
