Best back support ever! Very firm but doesn't hurt my back at all. Very nice feeling when relaxing my back it also helps my backache A LOT!! The height is just perfect - at first I thought it would be too low but not at all it's perfect height. Material is awesome - very firm but soft to not hurt our muscle whey laying on it. The weight is very very light and I'm planning to bring it for travel overseas. I definitely cannot live without this anymore I really wanted to buy 3 more for stock up in case they discontinue it :):)

A product similar to this one was recommended by my chiropractor. The removable/washable cover is a nice addition as I like to keep all my things clean. The foam is very firm and hasn't deformed at all from 4 straight days of 15 minutes per day use. The instructions aren't the best but give a decent starting point. I watched a few videos on youtube to learn more positions and exercises. This is by no means a cure all product but definitely a useful tool to have for those who want to try and restore their lumbar curve or have lower back pain.

Good quality. The outside is super soft material which I like. The height is like an inch too tall though, but that may be that my back is just not super flexible. It does help with stretching out my lower back so I can’t really complain.

This little tool is amazing! After two days of using it, I woke up with ZERO pain in my lower back and hips. Not that it’s a cute-all, but it is a huge help in the area of stretching. When used properly and consistently, this fulcrum is very effective!

Phenomenal for neck pain

I'm still trying to figure out the best way to use this when I need to decompress my spine. Mine didn't come with instructions or suggested exercises, so I find myself placing it under the affected area and laying my arms back over my head. This provides some relief.

I've been seeing a chiropractor who recommended a Scoliroll. I tried that product in the office and it was extremely uncomfortable as well as expensive. I searched online and found this fulcrum wedge by Lumia. The wedge is very firm (as it should be) and not nearly as uncomfortable as the scoliroll. I'm very happy with this product!

i don't often write reviews, but when i do, it's because something is really good and i'm super excited to tell everyone about it! i ordered this because my posture is terrible, and i wanted to try to correct it on my own before visiting a doctor where i would probably have to spend $$$. when this arrived, i was having a potluck that evening and when i opened the package, all my friends tried it before i got a chance. for reference, my friends are ~6feet tall/225lbs so i thought they might just squish the fulcrum, but it's actually very sturdy. they liked it so much they wanted to take it home! i like that it's stiff and NOT memory foam type because i would just sink into the memory foam, which is counterproductive. i've used the fulcrum under my neck and at the lumbar/lower back area while lying on the floor and it's really helped to stretch out my muscles and everything around it. since i haven't paid much attention to my posture, as i get older i'm starting to get sore in several places, so this fulcrum has also helped my body re-learn good posture as i'm lying on it and when i'm standing/sitting. love it!
