I really like this leather quality no cracking and is very thick .

I run a horse rescue (Vindicate Horse Rescue and Training), so this product gets a lot of use.I accidentally got the wrong color and considered returning it, but my látigo broke and I wanted to ride so I risked staining my palomino mare and making it look like a gremlin had tried to pull her heart out of the side of her ribs. We went hard that day, because she was fresh from being off since my látigo broke, and she sweated heavily. There was very minimal color bleed onto the pad as I expected, and no color bleed on my mare at all. Very pleased. I didn’t even condition it before using I was so excited to get back in the saddle.I’ve had it about a year now, and no different experiences. It’s holding up great. No tears, cracks, or discoloring. This is a great product.

The leather quality is fine, it's a latigo. However it is burgundy - I don't know anyone with burgundy tack! I was able to dye it vs returning it. Be aware!

Not many reviews on this latigo, so I'll through mine in. It's good quality leather, comes in a sealed plastic back. Edges are cut well, front side is smooth and rear is rough, but not nasty rough. Takes oil well, and the color is true. It's pliable and cinches well right out of the bag.

Nice product and good calue

This is too wide. So it was very hard to get tight and it is too stiff even though I worked quite a few hours to make it softer. I think I will use this as a backstrup instead of a latago

Fits my saddle coloring and will work great.
