Better than a bobbin case
It holds about 16 bobbins and it would be wise to get the bobbin clamps to keep the threads from hanging. These clamps could be hung on hooks too. I’m glad I purchased them.😊

I use these for storing quilting plastic templates, I punch a hole in each and place on ring. I'm referring to thin plastic templates that you cut out yourself, or those from Lori Holt. (for example) frees up alot of space!

Useful as Bobbin Rings and Other Things.
I like the simplicity of this bobbin storage system but I only have about 30 bobbins to store for my personal sewing needs. However, the ring is very strong and I have found other uses for it than storing bobbins. I ordered a second pack of them to use as rings on things I hand up on hooks and the large size is perfect especially combined with the strength. I recommend the general utility of this item for many uses around the house.
