I've used this product for years, it's great for when a recipe calls for just a little coconut milk and not a whole can. I have also used it to replace a whole can when I was out and had good results. I always keep it on hand.

I use it in my coffee to replace unhealthy coffee creamer. Mild coconut flavor but tolerable in my coffee. Brain hasn't fully awaken yet anyways. Powder is easier than liquid. Liquid you have to refrigerate and will chill the coffee temperature. So I found this powder works. All pure coconut milk products are expensive. Pure is the keyword. Don't be mislead READ the ingredients. Lot of products have sugar and junk added..

I used this to make some coconut ice cream and it turned out perfectly.

This stuff is so great - it makes delicious coconut cream on the fly so you can add a little to peanut dressing or a lot to curries and soups. I love having it on hand and it mixes well and keeps in a container in the fridge too. I am already looking at ordering a couple of boxes again!

Be careful, this stuff could be addicting! I tried tasting a spoon of the powder (be careful not to inhale powder!) and it just melts into creamy coconut goodness the moment it touches your tongue, like some kind of confection. I am hooked. Now I'm off to find recipes to use it in that won't make me feel guilty.

I liked the versatility of the powder... how you could adjust the thickness. It made a great and fresh tasting coconut milk.

I use a tablespoon in my coffee in the morning and I love it! It requires a minute or so to dissolve and more stirring than regular powdered coffee creamer to mix in, but it has no unhealthy corn syrup or hydrogenated oils.
