Having searched the market for the perfect A-Z multivitamin, I decided to give Hashmats a try. It appeared to be well balanced, included all the necessary vitamins and came in premium packaging. I am happy to report that the supplement has only positively affected my health, with no side effects and stomach issues which I previously had with other brands. I will definitely be buying again!

Very good and effective as I've tried numerous multi vitamins but always failed me. Having had Hasmat's multivitamins before I found that I had a lot of energy so decided to buy them again .

I've only used for a short time and can already tell that I have more energy and feel like the best version of myself! Also the product packaging is gorgeous and such high quality. Will definitely buy again and maybe try their Hair vitamins too.

I feel alot more energetic, been taking them for 2 weeks alongside another multi vitamin .. and I've also lost 2kg in them 2 weeks. Which was unexpected as I've eaten alot and haven't worked out. But there are alot of vitamins in the ingredients that help with metabolism. The worst thing about them is the size, but well worth it.

There's three of us, I thought I one packet will do all of us for a month... Great idea, not in practice though. There's a very strong meat taste and smell off the tablets, like very strong. Myself and youngest can cope with it but only when taken with juice and food immediately after. My 14 year old just can't. Its a 'big' tablet too, but the smell /taste. That's what will be the deal breaker. It really is stinking. We've only been taking it for 1 week and already in the routine of taking them, again the taste and size and that they are very powdery especially if they come out of the packet crumbled. My daughter seems to take it better when in half, this I can't do due to the powderyness. I do think my daughter and I will continue to take them. I really hope to find an easier version with all that this brand can offer but in an user friendlier method for the boy.

Although it helps a little for vitamin nutrition. However It leaves a horrible tastes. Smell of the tablets are not recommendable to anyone. I wouldn’t buy this product again.

I always take a multivitamin tablet every day because my diet is terrible and it's pretty much the only way I get any nutrients. I am not, however, a Muslim and that's who these multivitamins are specifically targeted at. So I've tried to take that into account in this review. Starting with the obvious, there's excessive packaging here. The tablets are put in blister packs within a cardboard container, which I really don't see the point of - in my area blister packs can't be recycled so they just go to landfill. I find that annoying and while I'm not a fan of plastic containers they can at least be put in for recycling. There are 30 tablets in the pack. The tablets themselves are very large - certainly much larger than any supermarket own brand make. As a result I found them difficult to swallow and had to take a lot of water to get them down. They also have an unpleasant taste to them, I suspect because they contain citrus bioflavonoids and bilberry extract. Personally, I don't see why you need to add a flavour to a supplement and if the tablet wasn't so big, you wouldn't need it anyway. On the plus side, the tablets contain 100% or more of your daily recommended intake of the following nutrients: - vitamin A - Thiamine - Riboflavin - Niacin - Pantothenic Acid - Vitamin B6 - Boptin - Vitamin B12 - Vitamin C - Vitamin D3 - Vitamin E - Folic Acid - Zinc - Chromium - Manganese - Iodine - Molybdenum Also good is that the tablets are approved by the Vegetarian Society (although note that this does not mean they're Vegan friendly). They're also certified Halal by the Halal Monitoring Committee, which is where I think the real value of the products are because as I understand it, many supplement providers can't give guarantees at all stages of their production process that they comply with Sharia principles so if you're trying to live in accordance with your religious convictions it can be difficult to do so. These tablets therefore give you comfort if that's a concern for you, but be aware that you are paying quite a lot for that comfort compared with if you buy another brand. Ultimately, I've got to say that for me the disadvantages outweighed the advantages but I am not the target audience.

I've taken a whole month of these religiously and I LOVE how great I feel. I honestly never beloved multivitamin could make you feel any better but my skin is glowing, hair growing and I'm thriving!! I love the assurance that these are 100% halal too!
