Q: Attn Monin people: what specifically is used for naturally flavoring and coloring?

I use it for my Coffee and it’s delicious I’m addicted to this caramel syrup and don’t get me started with the Coconut flavor 😋. So I never use it for anything then Coffee. I love this brand and I have try other brands and I think this is the best. And it’s sweet so you don’t need to add any sugar to your coffee

Q: Is this similar to the flavor of Dunkin’ Donuts?

Yes it is. This is actually the same syrup that most coffee shops use to flavour their coffee

Q: Can I use this to coat the rim of a glass to add sugar for a sangria recipe

I would say this would work ... however, if you are looking for more of a thick syrup than try looking up "Monin caramel sauce" which would be much thicker like a hot fudge consistency - it all depends on what type of sangria rim you are going for.
