The product was delivered without any damage...All the accessories specified were available...Manual was good and the Recipe book was also useful....we prepared pizza base and pizza and it came out well. Yest to try out other dishes....The price can be a little less in par with other similar capacity OTG and illuminated chamber can be a value add
