Fantastic stuff. Used up the tub in less than a month, normally just before body pump or a cardio session and it does indeed allow you to push a little further. One time I even managed to get in an extra 10 minutes on satan's machine also known as the Stairmaster. I took off a star because its expensive for what it is. Taste is nothing special, like strawberry squash, but it is one of the better tasting dextrin powders on the market

I use this as part of my workout drink - taste is grand & it’s last quite a while - surprising!! Only downfall - scoop is awkwardly big compared to the grams I need - but apart from that I am happy with my purchase. Really gets you through the tough sessions & allows you to use more energy as it’s providing an additional source!

Loved this. Worked really well for long rides over 4-5 hours on the bike. Definitely going to repurchase. Mixes well and I’d say overall it’s good value for money.

Fast delivery, good product

Good little addition to my routine, i can tell a slight difference when i have this compared to when i don't but it is only slight. For example i can maybe do an extra set or a higher set. mixing it is a nightmare, I've resorted to using my protein shake to make it then transfer it to a normal bottle otherwise it goes all clumpy and taste rubbish if trying to mix a normal way

I used this product for 2 weeks now with a training partner and we definitely have seen a difference. Most important for me was recovery and I used to get tired very easily after going to the gym and my body was occasionally sore. However, after a few days of taking this regularly, I saw an improvement in my energy levels after work out and throughout the day. I wasn't as tired and weak as I sometimes get after training. One of the best things was that my body wasn't hurting as well. It definitely increases energy as well. One of the main worries was the taste when buying this, However, it wasn't an issue and taste is perfectly fine. I took half a serving before workout and half after - making one whole serving along with my meals. 2 weeks on and seeing positive results.

Taste is personal. But I purchased this for a lady with M.E together some instant usable energy. Seemed to help a little.
