Works perfectly .
I used it to make royal icing for sugar cookies and it worked out perfectly , the icing sets well . This ingredient is very helpful as it replaces raw egg whites in the recipes . A very tiny amount is required for making a given amount of icing and so this box will last for really long. It doesn't have a distinct flavour to it and so we can play around by adding different flavours to the icing .

Disappointed
It tastes simple sugary. Also has to be kept in otg for 30 minutes at 90degree Celsius. Disappointed.

Wrong instructions
Baking time is much longer but in the end you will get merengue cookie, just prepare to wait a lot. It tastes like mostly sugar though. If using for royal icing then go for it.

Keep in mind the proportions
I read the reviews.. most of which were negative but still i wanted to give this product a try... And omg! The meringue cookies turned out amazing... The only thing to keep in mind is the proportions given at the back of the box.. i would suggest use a weighing scale and u are good to go... Also the box says it takes 5-8 minutes of baking time... But mine took longer... Around 18-20 minutes... Flavour is quite okay in my opinion but these can be used a accent pieces on ur cakes or cupcakes...

As a pastry chef I would say it's a great product for meringue or pavlova but you can't make cake out of it because it has starch which replaces as egg white and as this product has high amount of sugar your cake will turn out dense and hard.But for meringue it is 100%worth it go for it and comes out same as picture on box careful when you add water.

Very bad product
Its very bad product .. i have ever bought from amazon.. I have wisked it for at least 10 minutes with a electrical beater then also it was were liquidy . Then have have poured so much powder and no water then also it was liquidy and its taste was so much bad .. I am telling you all to not buy is product ..🙏🙏

Bake for 1 hr at lowest Temperature ie 100 degree Celsius for meringue cookies
