My wife loves red velvet, but I wanted to change it up from the big box stuff - and we were really happy with the way this came out. Made one round cake, 9" x approx 2" high...so only one layer - but what a layer!!! Bummed it is out of stock 😢😭

Ok to bake for the beginner
It is easy make. Followed the recipe, but it came out a little bit on the dry side. Will adjust the recipe adding more liquid.

Just perfect batter honestly!! It was just as sweet as a typical chocolate cake. Beautifully rich and delicious. I would buy it again!! And definitely recommend it!!!
