Purchased these to replace my valve stems in my 2016 Yukon to be able to reinstall the wheel sensors to a new set of wheels and it worked perfectly. If you are going to reuse your OEM tpms sensors these will definitely work for that. Excellent value

Before ordering, I asked if these fit a 2012 Chevrolet Captiva Sport as it was not listed; the answer I got was definite NO.I wish Amazon would go back to the way questions used to be answered by people who actually have some idea what they are talking about.I did more research and found that they do indeed fit the Captiva and went ahead and ordered them and they are working fine.These are standard (1/2" hole) rubber pop-in valve stems WITH an extension on the inside end where the TPMS attaches.We had a good working TPMS with a badly leaking rubber stem; this fixed us right up.The screw on the original required a tiny Torx bit; the provided screws with these require a standard Phillips driver.I used the original Torx screw so that I would not have one oddball in the bunch.As the only difference between these and a plain old 1/2" valve stem is the provision on the bottom for attaching the TPMS sensor, these can be used anywhere a standard stem is used.In fact, while we were waiting for these to arrive, I installed a plain old lawn-mower stem in place of the leaking stem and the wife put several hundred miles on it.If I needed a 1/2" stem for a non-TPMS application and this was all I had, I would not hesitate to pop one in as I know it will work.If you have a GM vehicle with TPMS, then you should have a set of these laying inside the spare wheel because the day you need one just might be the day the tire shop has ran out.
