Is there a size chart for these?

I am 5’2 140 LBS, 36” chest, whick size ok ?

I am about the same 5'2, 135 lbs with 36" chest and I bout a 12 one time and a 10 another. Both fit well. They are always tight fitting (like a snug glove) until you get them wet, then if they are too big it slips up in the water. My family members who range from a 6'3, 180lb guy too, a large chested 200 lb female that is 5' 9 often wear my vest. The size is fairly stretchy and versitile.

I would say across. I’m a 34-36 D and had to have the larger size for bust though it’s a bit long on me because I am short.
