Tired of occasional bloating and that overall ick feeling, I started using the company's Super Lax product and found it really helpful. I did wonder what more I could do to really deal with this problem totally. They included 6 sample pills of this product, so I added them also. Making even more of a difference, flatter tummy, more energy and no problem with diarrhea. just regular bowel movement, twice a day. highly recommend giving the combo a try
