There was a defective cartridge.
Hi, this is the second time I've ordered ink from this company, the first was in 2016 and now. And low and behold for the second time there was a defective cartridge in the pack. One of my black in cartridges is defective. This is the second time this has happened to me and I'm not pleased at all! The first time it happened I took my printer to be serviced as I thought the printer was the issue, it was quite a surprise to spend $90 to be told that my ink cartridge was the problem.The one black and two colored cartridges work quite well.
