3Gen DermLite Dermascope Connection Kit for New iPhone 5

When I purchased the Dermascope, it showed this product at the bottom of the page as a recommendation. I received this before I received the scope and had it ID stamped to prevent theft, etc.However, when I received the actual Dermascope, I saw that it was NOT compatible with connection kit. As such, I had to modify it to make it work, and reflected this in my initial rating.I was contacted by the company due to my lower rating. I told them that since there were issues, I gave the lower rating.Well, after SIX emails and phone from Shane Balkowich, the company owner, calls requiring me to constantly restate the situation, FOUR of which came after I politely asked to stop, since I was not interested in sending back the product (it's already being used and has been physically modified/personalized). What further makes this irritating is that each contact seems to take effort to state MY mistake, even when I stated that I'm not interested in blaming anyone; I just want to move on and keep using the products I have.I warned the owner that if further harassment occurred, I'd add it to my product rating, so here it is!If you order from this company, screen the descriptions closely and DO NOT follow the Amazon "additional recommended products" blindly.
