Time travelling animated Disney adventure about a young boy searching for family life in the future. Orphan Lewis is a twelve-year-old inventor who has created a 'Memory Scanner' that he hopes can capture memories of his real mother. Stolen from him by the 'Bowler Hat Guy', a figure from the future, Lewis is helped by the mysterious Wilbur Robinson, who transports him to his future world in his time-machine. While staying with Wilbur's eccentric family, Lewis soon gets the chance to track down his invention and save both the day, and the future.

whether they be nerds like me, adopted
What a sleeper! Not sure why this wasn't as highly-received as some other movies, but this was a truly delightful movie with a powerful positive message. It should be a "must-see" for anyone who has felt discrimination of any kind, whether they be nerds like me, adopted, bullied, different from the mainstream, or just a movie lover. So glad to include it in my library and I recommend it to everyone.

Very disappointed in MovieMars
MovieMars did not make it clear when I purchased this movie that it could not be played in the U.S. I sent this to my nephew for his birthday and the error message "Invalid Region" popped up. I received a movie for Christmas that never would play so I tried it again and confirmed the same error message. When I went back to Amazon and went through the prompts to buy another movie through MovieMars, I found that Region 2 meant it could be played in regions of Asia. I had to dig to find this information. When I compared my recent order to the order given to me as a Christmas gift (the email confirmation could still be found in my mother's deleted emails), it turns out both were purchased from MovieMars. Very disappointing.

Not a US coded blu-ray. Won't play in the United States
No issues with Amazon or the service. The issue is that the disk is coded for a region outside the US so it won't play in the standard blu-ray player for most Americans. This is not obvious on the product description page.

Shame on you Amazon
I purchased this movie to show to my grandsons because I liked it so much when I had seen it years ago. However, we were very disappointed. The disc has something called a region code and will not play in either of my blue ray players. Amazon should have known this and should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this disc to, surprisingly, come all the way from the UK.

Would not play in Blu-Ray players from the US.
I didn't realize that it would not play is Blu-Ray players from the US. Love the movie but unable to watch it because of this.
