This thing is incredible for what I bought it for, and that is to stretch out and open my chest and shoulders. Amazing stretch! I am a massage therapist and work with my arms forward all day, and while I stretch between clients, I could never seem to get a good upper body chest stretch. I’ve tried pilates bands and other ways of stretching, but nothing has worked as well as this wheel. Simple and effective, and at $20 a great deal too! The wheel itself is a 5 star product and I’d recommend it wholeheartedly. A smudge that came on it knocks a star off.

We use this to stretch our upper and lower back. It's easy to store and painless when it comes to using it.

These are excellent quality for the price. They stand their own against the chirp wheels and are a quarter of the price.

The price listed here for two blocks AND a yoga wheel is enticing to say the least. The question is: is it worth it? If you do the research, the price of purchasing two blocks and a wheel separately from other vendors is pretty close to being twice the overall cost of what you end up paying here. (I paid 39.99) Initially, I was a bit skeptical and fully expected that the materials might not be of good quality but I was wrong. I am extremely pleased I took a chance and purchased this set because not only is the yoga wheel durably constructed and strong (with a cushioned padding all around) the blocks are also good quality and their blue coloring is really vibrant as well.Having said that, I honestly don't know how I have lived my life without a yoga wheel in my possession. The deep back stretches it allows me to engage in is absolutely amazing! Everyone really ought to own one of these, if only to experience this sensation of exquisite back tension release. Wonderful yoga set -- two thumbs up!

I regret ordering this wheel, it doesn't seem very well made. When I use it it makes creaking noises that freak me out; it's hard to trust it to hold my weight (and I'm not a big guy). Also the padding could be a bit more significant.
